We aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about shipping in Malaysia.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

2. Delivery Time

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
Sabah & Sarawak: 5–14 business days
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays

Note: Rural areas may require additional time.

3. Shipping Fees

Flat rate shipping: RM5 per order
Free shipping: for orders above RM60
Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout

4. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier partners such as GD Express, J&T, Pos Laju, Ninja Van, and others.
Tracking info will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day

6. Self-Collection (if applicable)

You may choose to pick up your order at our store/warehouse:

🕒 Available: Contact to arrange meeting time

7. Delivery Issues

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international delivery.
