Return & Refund Policy (Malaysia)

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds in Malaysia.


1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7–14 days from the date you received them.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, invoice, or receipt)

  • The return must be initiated within the return window


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or personalized items


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Send photos of the damage or wrong product

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping)


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping

  • If you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs


6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days


7. How to Start a Return

Email us at azfani@dangautech.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Complete the return form to request an RMA number.

We’ll reply with return instructions.
